Jacky’s Recovery Support Services (formerly Latino Behavioral Health Services) is dedicated to providing culturally and linguistically responsive behavioral health services to Utah’s Latinx community. Founded in 2013 by co-founders Jacqueline Gomez-Arias, Teresa Molina, Leticia Frias, and Margarita Gerardo, JRSS grew out of a shared vision to eliminate mental health stigma and fill critical service gaps. What began as peer-led support and advocacy through NAMI Latino evolved into a statewide organization now serving six counties and hundreds annually. JRSS continues to empower Latinx individuals through community-rooted care, education, and healing.
