Dr. Christelle Estrada

Dr. Christelle Estrada is currently the Education Specialist at the Utah State Board of Education over TitleIII/Refugee and Immigrant Programs. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy of Education and Religion from Claremont Graduate University in Curriculum Design and Instruction, Social Psychology and Comparative Religion. She is a Certified Teacher for Stanford’s Center for Compassion Altruism and Research Education (2013-Present). She has contributed to publications with her colleagues at Stanford in Design Thinking to engage all learners.

Her international presentations include:

  • Human-Centered Education – presented at the Parliament of World Religions, October 2015.
  • Urban Education, presented as an Oxford Roundtable Scholar, Lincoln College, Oxford University, UK, March 2006.
  • Emerging Possibilities in Urban Education - presented at the University of Salzburg, Austria at the International Whitehead Conference, July 2006.
