Board Chair
Dustin Lipson serves as the President of Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, bringing over a decade of senior leadership experience in pediatric healthcare. In August 2025, his role expanded to Children’s Market President for Intermountain’s Canyons Region, where he now oversees the children's hospitals and outpatient pediatric specialty care across central Utah to southwestern Idaho.
Earlier in his career at Intermountain Health, Dustin was Director of Healthcare Transformation, where he played a key role in shaping the organization’s population health initiatives between 2010 and 2013. Before transitioning to healthcare, he spent eleven years at GE Capital in leadership roles spanning finance, risk management, and general operations.
He holds a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and earned his bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University, where he studied Religious Studies, Economics, and German.
