Earlier this month, we had the joy of celebrating 40 incredible years alongside friends, advocates, and community members. We’re deeply grateful for the support shared on such a fun and meaningful Friday.
As part of the celebration, we honored 40 outstanding advocates and community organizations whose ongoing impact continues to shape a brighter future for Utah’s children. Thank you for being with us, for your partnership, and for the powerful legacy you are building for children and families across our state.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our sponsors: Intermountain Health, Primary Children's Hospital, Select Health, and The Andrus Foundation for making this special event possible.
We were also honored to have guest performances by the Kennedy Jr. High Mariachi Band and the Voice of Honey Native American Dance Group. Thank you for sharing your time and talents with us during this special celebration.
A memorable highlight of the afternoon was recognizing our Student Advocate of the Year, Nancy Hernandez who is a shining example of youth leadership in action. Nancy delivered a powerful speech, encouraging her peers to stand up and use their voices, especially in these uncertain times. She plans to use her scholarship award to support her educational pursuits in medicine, with the goal of becoming a doctor and giving back to her community. Congratulations Nancy!
Once again, from all of us at Voices, we thank you for 40 years and look forward to many more.
If you missed our celebration but would like to support our work, we invite you to turn 40 into impact by donating $40 for 40 years.
